📌1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing the cz66 platform, you irrevocably agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules and procedures. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on cz66. Opening multiple accounts — whether directly or through a proxy — is strictly forbidden and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Choose a strong, unique password and never share your credentials with a third party.
• Notify cz66 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• cz66 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other external communication channel.
• Accounts found to be used by a person other than the registered owner may be suspended pending full identity verification.

cz66 employs SSL encryption and secure server infrastructure to protect your personal and financial data at all times. Nonetheless, you remain responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and network connection when accessing the platform.

💰4. Deposits & Withdrawals

cz66 supports deposits and withdrawals through locally trusted payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). Visa and Mastercard may also be available where supported. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that were previously used to deposit funds, subject to identity verification.

cz66 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Processing times may range from a few minutes to 3 business days depending on the method selected and verification status.

cz66 offers a variety of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus offer has a stated wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and may not be transferred to the real-money balance until rollover conditions are met.
• Bonuses have a validity period after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• cz66 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse or system error.

• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using VPN services or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location.

While cz66 takes reasonable steps to maintain uptime and security, temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of final resolution, except where prohibited by law. Class-action lawsuits against cz66 are expressly waived to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
